TruLog will not share any personally identifiable information with third parties unless legally required by law enforcement. 

TruLog does not collect or store drive data. This app stores the generated drive data only on the phone, and does not, except through explicit user commands, send any drive information from the phone. The user of the phone may use the TruLog app's "Send Log" feature to send the drive log information via e-mail. 

TruLog only records drive data when the connected vehicle's engine is running.
